I took my laptop to three other shops and they all said the virus was so bad they'd have to wipe out my hard drive including my work documents and all my photos including my videos of my fishing trips and wedding. Ducktoes worked and worked on the virus for a few days and finally had success without losing any photos and only charged a flat rate instead of by the hour. I can't recommend this place highly enough. So friendly too.
